Returns & Refunds
Noon By Noor wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will accept merchandise unworn, unused and undamaged for a refund when accompanied by the relevant original invoice and the original Noon By Noor packaging. Refunds may only be issued through the same payment method used by the client for the initial purchase. Ensure to inform us of your intention to return the products within 14 days of the date of the delivery by emailing us your return or exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org and by following the below shipment return instructions:
- For a REFUND please email our customer service team your order number and the request for a refund on email@example.com
For an EXCHANGE please email our customer service team your order number and the requested size or exchange product on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Pack the goods carefully using the original packaging. Please include the invoice in the parcel. Once ready, please notify our customer service team on a suitable collection date and time.
- Our Customer service team will arrange directly the collection of your package and the courier will be in touch accordingly. Returns will be accepted according to our conditions of Sale.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
