Covid-19 Update

We have temporarily suspended returns and refunds in compliance with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s resolution no. (28) of the year 2020.

Exemptions

Noon By Noor wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please ensure to inform us of your intention to return or exchange the products within 14 days of the date of the delivery by following the below shipment return instructions:

  • For a REFUND please email our customer service team your order number and the request for a refund on returns@noonbynoor.com

For an EXCHANGE please email our customer service team your order number and the requested size or exchange product on returns@noonbynoor.com

  • Pack the goods carefully using the original packaging. Please include the invoice in the parcel. Once ready, please notify our customer service team on a suitable collection date and time.
  • Our Customer service team will arrange directly the collection of your package and the courier will be in touch accordingly. Returns will be accepted according to our conditions of Sale.
