*Cut-off time for same-day delivery in Bahrain is 12:00 PM GMT/UTC +3.
Orders placed afterward will be delivered the following day.

Taxes and Duties:
Noon By Noor is not responsible for any taxes or duties. Customers are to pay any taxes and duties upon the arrival of their package to the destination country.
All orders are shipped in our signature Noon By Noor packaging.
Your order will be delivered in our signature grey box wrapped with our white ribbon.
Your order will arrive in our signature Noon By Noor package along with a Noon By Noor bag and an empty gift card to add your message to.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Returns & Refunds
Noon By Noor wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will accept merchandise unworn, unused and undamaged for a refund when accompanied by the relevant original invoice and the original Noon By Noor packaging. Refunds may only be issued through the same payment method used by the client for the initial purchase.
Please ensure to inform us of your intention to return the products within 14 days of the date of the delivery by emailing us your return or exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org and by following the below shipment return instructions:
For a REFUND please email our customer service team your order number and the request for a refund on email@example.com

Pack the goods carefully using the original packaging. Please include the invoice in the parcel.
Our Customer service team will arrange directly the collection of your package and our courier partner will be in touch accordingly. Returns will be accepted according to our conditions of Sale.
