Returns & Refunds

We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased on, you may request a complimentary return within 14 days from delivery of the items.

Before you return your item, please make sure that it is in the same condition you received it in, with the hang tag, original packaging and any other special garment tags or add-ons attached.

We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.

Return Instructions

To make this process as hassle-free for you, we include in every shipment printed pre-paid return shipping labels and 3 copies of the proforma invoice.

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Access the “Returns Center” section on the website by clicking here and simply enter the order number and the e-mail address used to place the order.

2. Complete the online form with the information requested, including: the details of each item, the quantity of items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

3. Attach the adhesive pre-paid return label received in the original package, which includes our return shipping address, to the outside of box.

4. Inside of the parcel you will have also received a Return Proforma Invoice. please fill it in, sign a copy and put it inside of the box. The two additional copies are necessary for customs clearance and must be handed to the courier.

Important: If you need new pre-paid return shipping labels or additional copies of the return proforma invoice, please contact our Customer Service Team for immediate help.

Book a Courier Collection

You can book a collection via telephone by calling the DHL center dedicated to your country. Alternatively, you can drop it off at your closest DHL drop-off center.

Tracking Return Status

If you checked out as a guest, please access the “Returns Center” section on the website by clicking here, or directly under “My Account” if you have already registered on our site.

On the “Returns Center” page, simply enter the order number and the e-mail address used to place the order.

You will be redirected to a dashboard that displays the latest information related to your return: status, summary, shipping details and the reason for return provided.

As a standard practice, you will receive timely, automated return and refund status notifications to the e-mail address used to place the order.

Once we verify the integrity of the items, we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 2 to 3 business days.

The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency.

You should see the credit within approximately one week from our refund confirmation e-mail. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.

Refunds for orders cancelled prior to shipment will follow the same procedure.

Important: The taxes and customs duties collected on a DDU basis cannot be refunded by us. We encourage you to contact your local Customs Office; they might help you recover those costs.

Gift Cards

Return requests for Gift Cards purchased through are only accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, on condition that the recipient has not redeemed partial or full value of the purchased Gift Card.

Noon By Noor Pop-Ups and Events

If you would like to return an item purchased at a fully sponsored NBN popup or event, kindly ensure to state your intent to return the item to our Customer Service Team and verify all requirements stated in our “Returns & Refunds” policy are met.


Exchange requests are only accepted if you would like to exchange the same item to a different size, should the desired size be available in stock.
To find out if you are eligible to exchange your item, please contact our Customer Service Team.

If you wish to change the purchased item to another item from, please proceed to make a return in the way described in this page (“Returns & Refunds”) and proceed with placing a new order.

Sale Item

If you would like to return an item purchased on discount, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, with exception to cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
