1. Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

You may purchase and use Gift Cards made available through Noonbynoor.com based on the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) defined below.

Noon By Noor reserves the right to update and change the following Gift Card T&Cs by posting updates and changes to the Shopify website. You are advised to check the Gift Card T&Cs from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

By purchasing a Gift Card, you are representing that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these provisions and terms, together with any and all rules, policies and guidelines provided by Noon By Noor including our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Redemption and Use

Gift Cards are redeemable online at Noonbynoor.com and/or events and activations fully sponsored by Noon By Noor such as trunk shows or pop-ups.

Balance Enquiry

For balance inquiries, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Expiration & validity

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Lost, damaged or stolen cards & frauds

Gift Cards that are lost (i.e. that cannot be located the recipients e-mail inbox) will be replaced by the Customer Service Team who will prompt another e-mail with the same Gift Card code to the original recipient. 

Noon By Noor is not responsible for stolen Gift Cards or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. Title to and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. Please treat your Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. 

Compliance with laws

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are certifying and representing to Noon By Noor that the activities in connection with which the Gift Card will be used will comply with these T&Cs and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Gift Card will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Noon By Noor.

General Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these T&Cs at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

What is an NBN Gift Card?

A Gift Card is a special type of product. Its value can be used as payment toward future orders from your online store.

Where can I purchase an NBN Gift Card?

How can I purchase an NBN Gift Card?

Once added to your cart, you may proceed to checkout as normal. You will receive an e-mail that contains a unique Gift Card code that you can forward to the recipient you would like to gift.

How can I confirm that my recipient received his/her Gift Card?

The best way to confirm this is to purchase the Gift Card using your e-mail address and you may then forward the Gift Card to the recipient of your choice directly from your inbox to theirs.

If you have used the recipient’s e-mail address to place the order, please contact our Customer Service Team for support.

Are there any fees associated with the purchase of a Gift Card?

No, there are no fees other than the value of the Gift Card selected.

How much is shipping?

Gift Cards are purchased, delivered and redeemed online only and entail no delivery or shipping fees.

Can I return a Gift Card?

Gift Card return requests are accepted only if the recipient has not redeemed partial or full value of the Gift Card and the request is within 14 days from the date of purchase. Find out more about our policy in the section “Returns & Refunds”.

I made a mistake in recipient’s e-mail address. How can I correct it?

If the Gift Card is not yet partially or fully redeemed by the recipient’s e-mail address initially inputted, please refer to the section “Returns & Refunds: "Special Cases”.

After your return request is approved, we will deactivate the old Gift Card code to avoid the incorrect recipient from using it. You may then purchase a new Gift Card for the correct recipient. A new Gift Card code will be generated and sent to the e-mail used to place the order.

3. Delivery & Redemption

When will I be charged for purchasing a Gift Card?

Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. You can decide how much the Gift Card is worth using the drop-down menu on the “NBN Gift Card” product page, and the customer who receives it can use its value toward any item on Noonbynoor.com.

How are Gift Cards delivered and what does the recipient receive?

When you purchase a Gift Card, we generate a Gift Card code, and send it to the e-mail address used to place the order. If you entered your e-mail address at checkout, you will receive the Gift Card code and may forward it to the desired recipient.

How do I know that the recipient actually received the Gift Card I sent them?

You may contact our Customer Service Team to confirm if the Gift Card was successfully delivered.

How can I use my Gift Card online at Noonbynoor.com?

When making a purchase through Noonbynoor.com, you can redeem the value of your Gift Card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code it not case sensitive.

How can I use my Gift Card at a physical, fully sponsored Noon By Noor event, pop-up shop or activation?

Consult with the Noon By Noor salesperson available on-ground or contact Customer Service Team. Please be aware that this does not apply to Noon By Noor stockists, resellers or third-party events.

What if my Gift Card is greater than the order total?

A Gift Card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. When you redeem your Gift Card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

• If the balance available on the Gift Card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click “Complete order”.

• If the balance available on the Gift Card is less than the order total, then you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

How can I check the balance of my Gift Card?

Please contact Customer Service Team to confirm your Gift Card’s balance.

Can I use a Gift Card purchased in a currency different than the currency I am shopping or paying in?

Yes, you can! All payments made online through noonbynoor.com are automatically converted to and processed in USD at checkout as per the real-time currency exchange rate, regardless of the currency displayed while shopping.

Can I return an item purchased using a Gift Card?

Yes, please refer to our policy in the section "Returns & Refund"applicable to all purchases made through Noonbynoor.com. If all conditions set out in the policy are met, the value will be refunded to the original payment method in which case is the Gift Card.
