Noonbynoor.com occasionally activates Private Sales only available for eligible customers who subscribe to the Noon By Noor newsletter. These promotions can only be redeemed on purchases made through the private link shared in the email invitation.

If an item is sold by another authorised retailer at a lower price, Noonbynoor.com will match its price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:
• The retailer must be an authorised retailer listed on our Stockists page.
• The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website or store when the price match request is made.
• The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price.
• The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final Noonbynoor.com checkout price.
• The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed at Noonbynoor.com.

Noon By Noor occasionally offers promotional codes to partners, loyal customers and/or newsletter subscribers.
When attempting to apply a promotional code, please note that some conditions apply:
• Promo codes are redeemable at Noonbynoor.com only.
• A given promo code is invalid in conjunction with any other offer or other promo code (i.e sale items may not be eligible for further discount or combining two promo codes at a time will not be accepted).
• The discount will be distributed amongst eligible items only for orders containing multiple items, unless specified as a sitewide discount in which case the discount will be applied on the full order value.
• Discounted items returned to Noon By Noor will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the items.
• A given promo code can be claimed multiple times by the same customer for as long as it is valid with no usage limits.
• Promo codes can only be claimed before the order is confirmed and cannot be claimed afterwards.
